I finished one book today – a surprisingly good mystery, maybe a topic for another day – and started another, Roberto Bolano’s posthumous poetry volume, The Unknown University. Astonishingly, I also wrote and posted #frontstooppoetry for the first time in months. Here’s one of three I wrote today:

LISTEN
The house is silent
Except for the low, rhythmic crunch
Of the rabbit munching hay
